Today's lesson is about emotions/colors (yellow - happy, blue - sad, etc.). The students read a picture book about helping a monster regulate its emotions, such as what color to use to heal the monster when he's angry.

Afterwards, the students are acting out different emotions, and the others guess which emotion they are acting out. At the end of the lesson, the students vote on how they feel today and share why they are happy or nervous....
