Lesson: Healthy and Unhealthy Foods
First, students review the daily routine. Then, students will discuss healthy and unhealthy foods, and how to maintain good health.
Ms. Cheska also remind students to wash their hands before meals to get rid of germs.
Activity:
Students learn to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy food.
Ms. Cheska prepares two dolls—one only eats healthy food and the other one only eats unhealthy food. Students feed the dolls based on the teacher’s questions, choosing the appropriate food accordingly.
