2026/04/14 Qiaoping Elementary School - Teacher Amy

In today’s English class, students were introduced to the “NCYU Insect Museum” 🐛🦋
The lesson began with a review of last week’s vocabulary, followed by practice of singular and plural noun sentence patterns:
What can you see at NCYU Insect Museum?
I can see a/an ____. / I can see ____.

In addition to using instructional videos, the lesson also incorporated real-life footage from a previous visit to the insect museum by a foreign teacher, making the learning experience more authentic and engaging ✨
Students learned many new vocabulary words and fun expressions, such as butterfly spirals, longicorn, stick insect, lizard, and the phrase “the bee’s knees” 🐝

At the end of the class, all students read an article about the insect museum aloud together, creating a lively and interactive learning atmosphere.
