2026/03/24 Shiuan Shin Elementary School - Teacher Julian

The lesson began with a mysterious “surprise box.” Three students were invited on stage to take on a blind touch challenge and guess what treasures were hidden inside ✨

The answers were revealed: a rubber duck, a rock, and a sun picture card—sparking great curiosity and enthusiasm among the students!

The learning focus of the day was the letters Qq, Rr, and Ss. The teacher guided students to learn and practice related vocabulary, including quack, quilt, queen, rock, rabbit, robot, snake, and sun. The whole class read aloud together, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere.

Next, a movement-based activity made learning even more fun:
🔹 When hearing words starting with Q → jog in place
🔹 When hearing words starting with R → twist your waist
🔹 When hearing words starting with S → do jumping jacks

Students learned while moving, which greatly enhanced their focus and responsiveness 💪

Finally, the class moved on to a group competition. Students raised their hands to answer and read the correct words to earn “gems.” Once they collected six gems, the “Little Avengers” could successfully restore Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet!

The entire lesson integrated games and teamwork, allowing students to practice pronunciation in a joyful environment. Language learning happened naturally, and the class was both productive and rewarding.
