Today, Miss Kimberly and Miss Jean taught the vocabulary and text on pages 8-9 of the Chiayi Adventures. Miss Kimberly used a Tic-Tac-Toe game, dividing the class into two teams, where the first team to get a line won (students had to fill in the vocabulary words and create sentences).

Next, the students listened to Miss Kimberly reading of the text and answered related questions. Finally, the students filled out exit ticket questions sheets based on their understanding of the lesson.
