Today's Topic: Attractions and Map of Chiayi

Today, Amy started the class with a warm-up by greeting the students one by one. She then guided the students in reviewing the geographical locations and relative positions of various attractions in Chiayi, such as Lantan, Sun-Shooting Tower, Chiayi Park, East Market, Wenhua Road Night Market, and more. She tested the students' memory and had them use tablets to connect to a custom-made game to reinforce what they had just learned.

Before the class ended, Teacher Amy distributed worksheets, encouraging students to use the content to engage in conversations with their classmates and gather information on their favorite attractions in Chiayi.

After the class, the EERC team, along with the principal, director, professors, and Amy, discussed the course design philosophy. They explored the teacher's initial intentions and ideas behind the lesson plan and encouraged her to continue refining her teaching approach. They also emphasized the importance of integrating technology to enhance and enrich English language instruction.
