Today's Topic: Hinoki Village

This week, Teacher Zoey is continuing with the "Hinoki Village" theme from last week. Today’s focus is on introducing the English vocabulary for this lesson. To help students grasp the words, Teacher Zoey will use pictures as visual aids, and for longer words, she’ll break them down into syllables. This way, students can gradually master pronunciation without rushing. Later, they’ll practice sentence-building, using learned vocabulary along with a template to create complete sentences.

During the activity, students will take turns acting as characters from the textbook dialogue. By passing a microphone, they will continue the question-and-answer flow, giving each student a chance to mentally prepare and practice before speaking. This process not only helps reinforce memory but also allows them to practice in a fun, interactive way.

For the second half of the class, Teacher Zoey has designed a small English game to review what they’ve learned today. In the game, students need to answer questions correctly, which tests both their attentiveness and reaction time. Only by mastering both will they score high!
