2025/12/12 Linsen Elementary School - Teacher Kat

Today, Teacher Kat introduced the students to how to distinguish different types of "World Heritage Sites." A Cultural Heritage Site refers to human-made relics, while a Natural Heritage Site refers to natural landscapes. Teacher Kat also introduced the students to UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and shared how the process of designating World Heritage Sites is carried out. Then, Teacher Kat divided the students into groups, asking each group to nominate a place in Taiwan as a cultural heritage site, introduce that place, and draw the building on their worksheet. Teacher Kat's engaging lesson design captured the students’ attention, and the group discussions during the collaborative work were very lively!
