At the beginning of the lesson, students reviewed nine key vocabulary words: ancient, environment, temple, education, earth, oven, painted, wall, and well. This helped them revisit last week’s content and smoothly connect to the new material.

Next, the teacher prepared five pictures with letter clues, encouraging students to guess the correct English words based on the given hints.

Finally, through a reading activity, students gained a deeper understanding of the unique features of Daxicuo. They learned how traditional architecture preserves ancient craftsmanship and cultural details, such as painted walls, water purification systems, and related community activities.

At the same time, students were introduced to new vocabulary, including purify, events, held, and ceremony. By integrating language learning with cultural context, the lesson became more engaging and meaningful.
